My Day

The Rand is a very cold theater. You'd think the orange carpet everywhere would keep the heat more, or do something, but no. It is very cold, and I am shivering. This is especially frustrating since it is unusually warm outside for this time of year. I wore a t-shirt today, which is a big deal for me.
They're rehearsing the Epilogue of The Imaginary Invalid tonight, and it is hilarious!

I am going to Camp Washington this weekend for the 2nd Annual FUNtastic Fall Weekend!!! I'm stoked because there is a rockin' staff and I have a feeling some awesome campers will be there. It'll also be nice to get out of the Amherst area for a little bit.

Wood Engraving

I came across this picture (above) while randomly searching the web called A Summer Night, 1890 by Winslow Homer. Something about it really intrigues me. I looked into Homer a bit more and I really like a lot of his work. Not so much the other oil paintings, but the wood engraving (right) was also really amazing. I never really thought of wood engraving before and I not I want to see more.

Rehearsal

Imaginary Invalid rehearsal. That's where I am right now. On a break. Stage managing.
The picture is of me stage managing "A Devil Inside" by David Lindsay-Abaire that I did last semester for Mad Props Theatre Co. @ UMass Amherst. It is with the director Riley Manning (right) and my ASM Kirt Kaminski (left).
